Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of purchase for a 100% refund less shipping/handling cost and a restocking fee of up to 20%;

• Item must be returned unopened, unused, in good condition, and in its original packaging with all paperwork (whenever possible), manuals, parts and accessories. Items that are opened or used cannot be accepted;

• We regret we're not able to accept audios, DVDs and software returned unwrapped from their original packaging;

• Bundled items must be returned in their original boxes or bags and must be unused;

• Any wear or tear to any item being returned will void any refund that otherwise might have been due;

• Buyer is responsible for return postage/shipping charges;

• Prior to returning any item, buyer must obtain from us a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) # which must accompany the item being returned.  To obtain an RMA # please
  contact us 

• Notwithstanding the above, we do not accept returns for items such as downloadables, perishables, etc

• Notwithstanding the above, from time to time the return policy on some items that we carry may be different from these general store policies.  Please refer to the listing publication for the item's specific return policy.
   

• Notwithstanding the above, if we sent you the wrong item we will replace the item at our expense. If we cannot replace the item we will issue you a refund of 100% of any payment you had made for for the item.

• Notwithstanding the above, if the item we sold you was defective when you received it from us we will replace the item at our expense. If we cannot replace the item, we will issue you a refund of 100% of any payment you had made for for the item. To begin the process, you must request an RMA # by contacting us
